During the meeting, the parties discussed the situation in the region, the dynamics of bilateral relations and prospects for expanding cooperation, as well as contacts and planned visits, in particular in the framework of GUAM and the Associated Trio. Special attention was paid to the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the resumption of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
During the conversation, the parties stressed the importance of the support expressed by the President of Georgia, the Parliament of Georgia, the Government and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia on the situation around Ukraine's borders.
