Ambassador George Zakarashvili holds a meeting in the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on national security, defense and intelligence

On January 17, 2022, Ambassador George Zakarashvili met with Mr. Oleksandr Zavitnevych,Head of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on national security, defense and intelligence, and Ms. Mariana Bezuhla, Deputy Head of the Committee.

The parties discussed the progress in bilateral political processes, scheduled events, regional environment and existing challenges. They also emphasized the importance of common efforts towards the European and Euro-Atlantic integration, including the Associated Trio format.
